When disagreements over trusts and estates turn into courtroom disputes, Mr. DeLuca represents personal representatives, beneficiaries, creditors, trustees, and other parties with an interest in or legal obligation to the estate. These matters can involve trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, heir and beneficiary claims, undue influence, and mental incapacity.
